Love You
One of my current favourites at the moment because it has a really good start that keeps you interested. The official English title is Love You but most sites you'll need the literal translation of the chinese name - Drunken To Love You - to find results. (Because there's too many Love You's lurking on the net XD)
Two strangers, both proposed marriage to their respective girl/boyfriend, were rejected on the same day. They decided that the best way to deal with the rejection was to get drunk, real drunk. During the 24 hours of their crazy drunkenness, these two stranger became fast friends and got married... to each other. When they finally sobered up, they embarked on a mission to undo every crazy thing they did while they were drunk and prayed that their girl/boyfriend wouldn't find out. However, it turns out that Jie Xiu's girlfriend, Ai Wei, doesn't want a scandal affecting her movie so she asks him to stay married to Xiao Ru for three months.
I love the characters in this drama, minus Jie Xiu's mum and ex-girlfriend Ai Wei because one is just selfish and the other is...also selfish but incredibly stubborn and annoying on top. Anyway....
we could see straight away that Jie Xiu was gonna fall for Xiao Ru (Yes Rainie again! but hell, she's gotten tonnes better with acting and I think she suits short hair better than long hair like Jia Di, it fits her age properly) and you just KNOW that the mother and the ex-girlfriend are out to get trouble for their relationship but what really stops them being together is Xiao Ru's stubborn and stupid policy of not "stealing" other people's things because of a traumatic childhood past. When will she ever learn that love can't be stolen? *sigh*
Anyway the jist of it is Xiao Ru and Jie Xiu should just get together (I MEAN HELLO, HE CONFESSED TO HER ALREADY) and Ai Wei should just back off and go with Rickie who clearly cares for her more than Jie Xiu, except we don't know if he actually loves her or he just sees his ex-girlfriend Sandy in Ai Wei but either way he's better than Jie Xiu who doesn't love her anymore (her fault to begin with so no sympathy haha). And the mother should just go back to Hawaii and get married like SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO before she came back and trashed up everything. I mean after 10 episodes we can clearly see what's gonna happen in the rest of the drama but sometimes it's nice to keep watching just to see the process :)
The only thing that I could find bad with this drama was Yi Xiang's character. The character itself isn't bad but I was PRETTY sure he was marked as a supporting role but he only had like...5 or so scenes that he appeared for like 6 mins MAX. BARELY ANY SCREENTIME. I was expecting a whole lot more from him in this drama considering he was Xiao Ru's ex-boyfriend who left her for a woman pregnant with his child through a drunken accident which HE DID NOT LOVE. Really, I still find it unbelievable that he's out the picture already, I MEAN, dramas like these NEED to have a triangular relationship (no not Ai Wei, shes out already) to make it interesting but he ends up with Peggy SO QUICKLY?! HELLOOOO, WHERE IS THE DRAMA?! :\ I was hoping that either Peggy's child wasn't his or she lost it and he would go back to Xiao Ru and LET THE DRAMA UNFOLD. But no. o__o
I suppose the script made up for it by bringing in another character played by Xiao Giu who I BET loves Xiao Ru since it's said in the drama that he came back from the US SPECIFICALLY FOR XIAO RU coupled with some childhood memories probably means its a childhood crush. SO SWEET.
Anyway the drama is hilarious. Lots of comedy, silly and cutesy moments, misunderstandings and people getting ahead of themselves(coughJieXiucough), an unique start but not so unique plot - STILL GOOD THOUGH. Actually I don't even know if it's considered unique or not. I mean the baby thing isn't new but rather than using Xiao Ru's Ex. They brought in a childhood friend who had a crush on her to sabotage the relationship...that's kinda interesting(because we know she already loves Jie Xiu, just she doesn't want to admit it XD).
My rating: 9/10

There's no hardsubs available for download for this series however Viki has pretty good streams with subtitles so I would use their site to watch this.
