Her lips felt as fresh as clear water from a mountain spring in the Scottish Highlands he visited as a boy. Flashes of imaginations shot through his mind, showing him the life he dreamed of apparently ages ago.
The life he'd never live. Not only because she didn't want him.
No, life sometimes changed things in ways you never dreamed of.
He took his leave and went back to the ship he now called home. There he discovered that he only needed the constant swaying of the sea - and the only person who shared and satisfied his hunger to explore.
