To me, singling out transphobia as offensive is spurious. Ferguson's low brow style of comedy often picks on others... Everybody, not just trans people. It even quotes the other groups in the article. I don't find that any more discriminatory than South Park or Family Guy. My feeling is that this reaction is overly sensitive...
