Goth nightclub? What the fuck?
I ended up not going to Otakon today because my parents decided that they COULD NOT WAIT on going furniture shopping. They made me drive them to various stores on Route 40, and we didn't get back to the house until just after seven. I'm so irritated at the waste of it all because we didn't even buy anything.
Looks like I'm being dragged to some goth nightclub in Baltimore tonight.. I'm kind of scared because I'm not goth in the least so I think I'll stick out like a sore thumb even though I plan to wear mostly black and dark eye makeup. That's all contemporary goth kids seem to be these days though - angsty teens dressed in black with bad eye makeup. Maybe I'll blend in better than I expect to, who knows. This will be interesting though.
Here's to hoping that I won't get raped.

I didn't get raped, and I actually had a great time. The music was good and the atmosphere wasn't nearly as "goth" as I had thought it would be - just a lot of black clothing and piercings. I'd go back.
