There are people in fandom who are in desperate need of hope, love, and shelter. They have lost so much. They have lost... their sense of humor. Sadly, the mod has locked the comm to new members for a while because of some wankery that kicked up today with some naysayers. It should be open again soon. In the meantime, http://community.livejournal.com/capslock_spn/ is still open. It's a lot of the same people.

Um. Probably? The whole community is locked because none of us knows the difference between real life and the internet where you can say anything - and they do. It is out of love... the five year old Austin Powers version of love, but whatever. They would all be horrified if it actually hurt anyone's feelings. It's all about as real as unicorns and kidney stealing.
