6.03 The Third Man, part 2, the sex edition

Not like the other time when one of them was in hell and got yanked back out,
presumably because he makes really good pie.
Pie has to be the reason because we all know that Sam
doesn't eat pie.

Dean is all confused about why pie is the reason for anything and Castiel has the noms for anything he might be remotely involved in, even now. It has to be pie. Probably with ice cream. Perhaps the profound bond tastes like vanilla. Salty vanilla.
"HE WUZ NOT GONNA MENSHUN IT."
FAIL.
There is only so much ignoring from heaven that one dude can take, Cas. You saved Dean and someone obviously had the cojones to pull Sam out of the tightest box you could possibly imagine and I think I might need an innuendo flow chart.
Dean "knows exactly" how Sam feels and says as much.
He's all ready to jump to Sam's defense and ream Cas out for (I can't "help it". Sorry.) not doing anything about Sam's hole problem. Not even God can help with that. Ah-haha.
But Sam sits there all embarrassed, shaking his head with this OH GOD look on his face and Cas looks totally dumbfounded about how Sam could have possibly needed help because... well, isn't he out? What's wrong? Did he need a box of tissues?
But wait. Dean doesn't have a clue. He doesn't "exactly know" anything about what Sam went through. He's just assuming, based on what they did to him.
But it wasn't the same. Not even close.
And to top that off, Dean didn't even get wings when he rang the bell because he has an awesome Bond James Bond. Cas is "all about the stick".
But we knew that.
But Dean is drunk...ish, and demanding recompense for all the slights that Sam has suffered while he's been alive this whole year with no one around to help solve the mystery of his new life.
That's not what Dean normally does when he's drunk. He usually gets really, really quiet. But something is going on with Dean lately and this isn't the first time that Sam gives him a funny look.
