Killer clowns and angsty boys

2.2 Everybody Loves A Clown

Still think that the killer clowns was a weak story but I'm still loving the brotherly angst. Dean's single tear as he watched his father's illegal and pretty grim funeral pyre burn just makes me want to clasp him to my bosom and soothe his troubles away.

Dean: You still bust out crying when you see Ronald McDonald on TV.
Sam: At least I'm not scared to fly!
Dean: Planes crash!
Sam: And apparently clowns kill!

Oh, boys.

Belly-laughed at Sam's innocently said, 'And they fingered the clown' followed by Dean's complete look of 'Dude, you did not just go there'. Can't believe they got that line through the censors.

Still not liking Jo. Dean without his mojo is a sad thing to see but I'm eternally grateful that his missing mojo spared him a dose of Jo.

Loved the scene where Dean turns on Sam as he bugs him about not grieving for John properly. Yeah, stow it, Sammy! Everyone's different, let Dean cope with it in his way and you cope with it in your way.

It still breaks my heart to see Dean taking a crowbar to his beloved Impala. Boy's got issues. But I was very happy with all the T-shirt scenes and shots of broad shoulders in this ep. I am so shallow.

A hot, sweaty man doing hot, sweaty, manly things.
