I got my stitches out today! Right hand is healing very well. Still hurts, but aside from the sting of the incision, it hurts less than my "healed" left hand.
The surgeon told me he was "sorry" the left hand didn't turn out better, and "sorry there isn't more we can do."
Fuck you, modern medicine! Fuck you!
