Criminal Minds tonight:

The gang errr... ganging up on Rossi, curious as to why he's so obviously distracted. LOL. Although... by turning it almost into a game they allowed themselves to be distracted from figuring out the truth. I'm sorta thinking either Rossi is going to keep this to himself, or Hotch (the one person who didn't participate in the guessing game) will figure it out. Hmm. Let's see how this plays out.

Faster than a Hotchrocket. *look of 'oh shit I just said that out loud'*

LMAO!!!

Lousy friends to leave Lacey behind. Risky plan of the unsub to try isolating a person the way he did, stealing the fuel from the jet ski. Hmm. Maybe not just looking for another victim but also another transportation mode on the water, bagging the jet ski at the same time he grabbed Lacey?

Ah, Emily gets told the truth. It makes sense, Emily was the person he asked for advice earlier. Now he's asking for advice again.

What are you going to do?
I don't have a choice.

Actually, yes you do. You could say no. Yes or no, it IS a choice. Not an easy choice, but it is a choice.

Oh crap, both of the mother/son due got grabbed. I figured one of them would obviously get grabbed, but not both. Now the unsub's got two more opportunities to play out his issues.

Granted, being abused and buried alive would be quite a traumatic, possibly unsubmaking experience.

Ouch. *wince* Reminder of both Reid and Emily's past trauma's -- both a common bond they didn't realize they shared, and yet a totally different experience for each. I do enjoy character continuity being employed. This wasn't a secret past trauma just now revealed out of the blue; it was a few more shaded in layers of details for past events that were already experienced. *loving it*

Unsub, Chase, killed his dad. Not a surprise there. Horrible trigger, that lymphoma diagnosis. I can understand how badly he is scared and wants some answers, but that does not give the right to kill for them.

Good for the kid, fighting back. Fighting back is better than passively dying. Every Single Time.

Kinda saw the suicide by drowning [again] coming a mile away. Oh man, he survived, brought back by the voice of someone who has also been there.

You can't save everyone, David, you know that.

Life is worth fighting for.

I can't help you. What you're asking... I can't.

Right to die, right to pick your own way out. The biggest problem I had with the Ex-Mrs. Rossi's request was asking Rossi to do it. Putting the weight of that kind of choice and consequences on another person. And this was redemption of that. She did it herself, she just didn't want to be alone in her final moments.

This storyline got seemingly wrapped up far quicker than I expected. However... I'm wondering if there is going to be fallout from this for Rossi. The Ex is dead, but Rossi still has to live with the emotional fallout. Guess we'll see.
