Flight of The Phoenix
Yesterday they were showing Flight Of The Phoenix on Belgian tv, and the name rang a bell but I didn't know why. Until I remembered that Jared was in it.
Damn, I'm a Jensen girl, but I literally squeed when I saw Jared's name appear on the screen. I've had a crush on him ever since Gilmore Girls, and I guess deep down I'm still as much a Jared girl as I'm a Jensen girl. :) So my grin even turned wider when the first couple of lines in the movie, were Jared's!
And here, look at this sad puppy! *squishes him*

And then, about half an hour into the movie, THEY KILLED HIM OFF!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
And I mean, what a strange death it was. He wandered off into the desert to take a leak, got lost and what? Got hit by a sandstorm? I mean, WTF? And the other guys never even found him again. There was this eerie shot of him half-buried in the desert. That was him, wasn't it? I didn't like that at all.
I'd have LOVED to see more of him in the movie, but of course some people gotta die in these kinds of movies. I get that. But hot damn, Jared would've looked great working bare-chested on that plane, all sweaty and stuff. I mean, he already looked great in the overall in the beginning of the movie.
See what I'm talking about? *g*
Anyway, I still kept watching the movie, and I'm surprised to say I liked it after all. I saw the trailer some days ago and I didn't think it would be a movie I'd enjoy, but it was ok in the end.
Now I've gotta find me some more Jared movies to watch. Though the prospects of having to watch the Olsen twins aren't that tempting.
