Rather barbaric punishments, don’t you think? First brawling shapeshifters as if they were simply pets, then lashings?

Even I have more class than that.

[Megamind gave a relatively nonchalant shrug. In truth, he’s deeply bothered by the methods.]

Though if you didn’t, I have to ask why you condone your Lord’s choices.

[And why you still follow him. If Megamind himself were to be so brutal...he wonders if Minion would still follow him so faithfully..]

I condone nothing. I would rather he choose another method of punishment - one not so violent, perhaps.

But this is his Keep, and so they are his rules.
