All I can remember from philosophy comes from very sketchy memories from AP Humanities in high school. The core Philosophy class that I had to take Spring semester of my Freshman year doesn't count because I spent the duration of it fighting lethargy on the computer.

In Humanities, we traced the meaning of justice according to the major philosophers. I can't remember what Kant's take on justice was now, but I thought it easy to understand and explain--far, far more easier than Hume--so I wrote about Kant on my final exam. Hume's theory was probably best because you couldn't really disprove him, but I couldn't explain it for the life of me. I had crap notes in that class because most of it was spent in animated discussion. Dr. Weisl's class is the same way. It's a lot like being drunk: You wake up in the morning with no remembrace of what you did in the class, but you're certain that you had an awesome time. You're suspicions are confirmed when you look down and see some strange idea or theory sleeping beside you.

In another place and time, that analogy makes perfect logical sense. Yes.
