Action is his reward

The final tally is in, and including my contribution to Helen’s Juilliard fund-we raised $1,233.00! That’s an entire month of tuition and living expenses paid up!  Way to go, internet!

Helen’s going to pop in later in the week to say a few words, but for now, here’s a little reward for everyone who kicked in and everyone else reading, too.

Not one, but two book covers that I feel as if I’ve been sitting on forever.

First up, the cover to Devil’s Business, as always a great job by Chris McGrath:

The story inside certainly isn’t as pretty as that cover-all full of serial killer memorabilia, black magic sacrifices and smog as it is-but hopefully just as awesome.

This is the cover for The Curse of Four, my novella with Subterranean Press, which is ::coff coff:: available for preorder right now.

We’re still fiddling with cover fonts and stuff, but this is the artwork, by Ben Templesmith (who is, truth time, one of my favorite comic book artists.) Gaze upon it!  It will give you magic powers!*

*Said magic of powers may vary.

Coming tomorrow-a bona-fied Giant Iron Thorn Awesome Post!

And that is how we do that.
