I’m not done with Iron & Ice, but I have topped 60,000 words, which was the original goal of the revision, and that means I’ve added 20k in less than a month to the manuscript. It also means I wrote about 75,000 words in February. Crazy, man. I think I may have finally learned how to write with consistency, or at least not freak out every time a manuscript hits 40k. I’m REALLY hoping to be done on Monday, but it might not happen.

Well, next week is release week. After eighteen months of waiting, I can’t believe it’s, like, three days away. I’ll be guest blogging all week, as well as writing a 3-part series on my own blog about my road to publication, and of course, a contest! Signed author copy, y’all. I have it on good authority I’ll also be giving away books in a few other places, so there’s plenty of chances to win one, if you think it’s your cup of tea.
I’ve gotten a few questions asking about where/when the book is available so here it is: Night Life release on March 4th, is published by St. Martin’s Paperback and is available at all major chain and indie bookstores. Currently, it is not available in ebook or audio formats, though if it changes, you’ll know when I know. So buy it on release day, already!
