i really should become a journalist

when i was in high school i used to go to parties and get-togethers with a hand-held tape recorder, and go around recording whatever people had to say. this was mostly a way to help remember conversations that were...hard to remember. sometimes they recorded funny stuff, sometimes they recorded stupid stuff, sometimes they recorded really boring stuff.

anyway, i packed these tapes away for about the last, oh, five or six years, and last week i found them.

boy do i have tapes of some of you saying some funny stuff.
