Looks like an awesome tut - I'm going to give it a try. I saved the PSP file too, but I'm really dim on these things... how do you use it once it's saved?
To use the PSP file you're going to open it up on PSP or Photoshop (whichever you use) and open up the image you want to apply the coloring to. I'm not very good at explaining this in words but you want to drag and drop the layers from the PSP file into the image you want to apply the coloring to. Here's an image that explains it better:
Thanks for the help! :) When I tried to open it up, it said something like "not a supported Paint Shop Pro format". Do I have to change the file name or extension? I have PSP 8, if that means anything...
Erm, I don't think there's any way you can get the file to work then. I use PSP X2 so I'm not sure why the file isn't working in earlier versions. Sorry. If you want the PSP file though, you could always just do the tutorial on an image. Make sure you don't merge the layers, and then when you go to save it click the drop down box that says "files of type:" in front of it and chose the option that says "PSPIMAGE (*.pspimage, *.psp, ect...)"
thanks for this. i just found again this stock userpic that was made by you because i saved it as credited to you. (see my userpic)
i would love to see more stock like these if you have them because i cant find them on here. plus i would love a tutorial on how you did the coloring :)
