1. Open the image you will be using, crop, sharpen, ect... (you may not want to brighten just yet because the next step will brighten your photo a bit).

2. Create a channel mixer layer and uncheck the monochrome box. Enter these numbers:

Red: 106, 4, -14, 0
Green: 0, 100, 16, 2
Blue: 20, -16, 106, 0

Set to screen on 48%.

3. Open a new up a new layer and fill with #b604b3, set to exclusion 34% opacity (you can adjust to fit your image better).

4. Create another channel mixer layer and enter in these numbers (monochrome box unchecked):

Red: 107, 10, -15, 0
Green: -10, 103, 8, 0
Blue: -55, 60, 103

5. Create a color balance layer and enter in these numbers:

Midtones: 32, -17, -29
Shadows: 15, 4, 45
Highlights: -23, -13, -20

6. Create a new layer and fill with #c0c0c0, keep on normal at 28%. You can also change the normal blend mode to burn if you think it works on your picture well. I kept mine at normal for this picture however.

7. Go back to your original background layer and duplicate it. Drag the duplicate to the very top and set it on soft light. (You may have to change the opacity of this layer if you set the previous layer to burn).

8. Merge all your layers and you're done. :)

If you have any questions feel free to ask and I'll try to help you the best I can. Credit is not required for this but is appreciated.
