I thought i had a good 10mile run Sunday but I am exhausted (sleeping 9-10hours a night), I'm not hungry, my body is sluggish and I had a horrible run this morning. I lost 2lbs in 30mins! That is not good - in fact that is just wrong. I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't done the weighing myself like I always do (helps me know how much fluids I'm loosing and how much to replenish).
I'm going to take it easy and slow today and we'll see if I do anything at all tomorrow!
