sorry to anyone and everyone who has noticed my lack of posting, commenting, or responding in late. i've gotten quite lazy with livejournal, but this up-coming week is spring break, so i plan to be more productive with computer whatnot. i had originally planned to go to london for spring break, but my friend matu is actually in the states right now for a wedding, so i'll have to wait until april to stay with him. unfortunately, i'm a bit of a home body, so i don't really mind staying in rome over the break, plus it will give me some time to catch up with school work.....actually start school work. this whole semester has been a big scholastic joke, which i guess is good because it gives us time to explore europe, but it would be nice to have a good project to put in the portfolio. my wallet however is probably happy that i'm not going anywhere over spring break....actually, my wallet is probably really sad right now in some landfill after being stolen and thrown away..but anyway. actually the school is out of control. out of nowhere i received an email that even MORE money was put into my account. a possible ploy to screw me over? probably so, but i don't care. i look at it as a loan, so if i have to pay it back next year, then okay, i'd rather have the money to play with now since im in rome. probably though, i won't have to pay it back even if it was a mistake, because this academic year will be over. usually they give me too much money in the fall of a year, and i have to fix it in the spring. i splurged yesterday at the mall, and bought some gucci sunglasses, they were ridiculously expensive...but i don't care. they're fun, and very italian. i was just thinking, because they also sell vision glasses, that i can buy some new glasses there too, and then be all decked out when i go back to the states, because the glasses i have here are too weak, and they broke a few weeks ago.
