I've lost about ten pounds now, and I'm looking to lose another ten. If that happens, I'm in a good spot, and I'll start squatting again. I've been working really hard on flexibility, to keep my hip flexors from shrinking again, and increased joint supplements.
I've drastically upped healthy fats in my diet, which makes my metabolism more fat-burning. My waistline is definitely shrinking.
I'm looking forward to returning to weight lifting.
