I started being more careful about taking my biotin supplements with food...and over the course of two weeks, my eyelashes got significantly thicker/longer. I can't believe it makes that big of a difference. I have a bunch of baby hairs, too. Maybe I reached the limits of what the dosage I'm taking can do on an empty stomach, and now I'm seeing what it can do if I take it with food.
