After a few weeks of healthier diet, I woke up at 2:00am today. I don't know if this is just a healthy sleep pattern or what, but working out, very good diet, all makes me wake up incredibly early, and I'm finding it very frustrating.

For awhile my sleep pattern was more normal, but I'm realizing that it is largely grogginess from a crappier diet.

I've also lost nearly ten pounds at this point.

Obviously, my diet had gotten way worse due to being busy, and now I'm getting it cleaned up again. I guess it is worth waking up early.
