I've decided to resume personal training. Personal training worked REALLY well for me for about two years, but I had to take a break. Now I'm interested in doing more weight lifting with a trainer. Working with a trainer gets you way better workouts, and you don't forget to work certain muscle groups.

I'm a teeny bit scared to start working out a lot again, unless I start waking up at 2:00am like I did for a solid year. On the other hand, I'd really like to look awesome, lose some fat, and keep my metabolism up so I can eat lots of healthy foods.
