I've taken a few days off, and during this time I've eaten a diet very high in healthy fats, vegetables, and I've had time to take all my probiotics. The world has taken on a different look, like a magical fairy land. It sounds kind of nuts, but really extreme diets that eliminate any and all junk foods do something really dramatic to your perceptions. It is like impossible to eat this way if you have any kind of normal life, because it requires that you have all these healthy concoctions so easy to get to that you don't reach for junk in a moment of weakness, or get super hungry and just grab some packaged food or something, and then whatever it was screws up your gut bacteria for days.
But when I'm incredibly strict and I eat a flawless diet, everything feels and looks different.
