Vanilla milkless and egg-subless cake

I figured it'd be easy, but I finally experimented today, turning this chocolate cake recipe into a vanilla cake recipe. Basically put flour instead of cocoa, and up the vanilla.
I also usually halve the recipe anyway, so I figured I'd put the measurements here, rather than having to work them out each time, which led to the disaster of over-vinegared cake one time when Nez halved everything but the vinegar.

1.5 cups + 3tbsp flour
1 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup water
3/8 (93mL) cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp vinegar
3 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix dry ingredients first, then add wet and stir until lumps disappear. Pour into pan. Bake 45ish minutes.
