Hellz yeah!
So Thursday was awesome. It's never been my favorite day, but now it's getting up there with Saturdays and Wednesdays. Why was Thursday so cool? Because I got a job and a place to live and won something at Bingo on the same day! Yeeah.
So I start working at Wells Fargo on Tuesday... thank you temp agency! I got the call when I was on the bus to look at a room near Uptown. I accepted the job and then accepted the room. Both were in south Minneapolis, so that worked out well. Mom and I went out for pizza to celebrate, and it was randomly bingo night there. Right before we left I won four corners and got a tin full of cheap goodies: Pringles, flip flops (that magically fit me!!), bunny ears, chocolate, a bird house, bubbles. Yay.
I'll move into the new place (close to 38th and Nicollet) May 1. They told me I could move in earlier, but just called to say that the girl in my room changed her mind... bleh. But they said I could crash on the couch until May, which is good because there's no way I can commute to/from White Bear.
Yay!
