I don't know what everyone is going to say about this but I am starting a diet. No this has absolutely nothing to do with lent. I'm not Catholic I could give two shits less about lent. I'm dieting because I want to be healthy and tone up my body. I'm not happy with myself so I need to change. So I'm going keep a log of what I'm eating and such and I want everyones help with this. People need to watch what I'm eating with me. Here are my rules:
-No pop (unless it is diet and even then I don't want to drink it more than once a week)
-Not a lot of greasy food (which is hard when you eat out of the cafe)
-try to stay under 1400 Calories a day.
-More veggies and fruit
- Working out; which can involve a jog, pilates with Sarah, crunches every morning, and things like that
-Smaller portions eaten at a much smaller pace
so if you see me breaking any of these rules you seriously have my permission to remove whatever it is I have in front of me. I greatly appreciate this. Thank you everyone!
No I'm going to go back to packing and cleaning up. My mom wants me to take everything home that I rarely use and such so in May we wont have to bring back a lot. So I'm going through everything and I'll write later. Everyone have a wonderful break and We'll meet again after break!!
