Tuesday's Truths
-Making primers to amplify cDNA from genes with multiple splice forms is a bitch. It requires too much thinking.
-I haven't read the Heroes online novel yet...oops.
-Discussing the biology of the undead (including still-functioning wayward bodyparts and sex...and suddenly Detachable Penis is running through my head, even thought that's the wrong body part) is much more fun than working on my committee meeting.
-Cramps suck.
-Lab meeting sucks.
-Lab meetings continuing over the summer suck.
-My PI asking me to give a practice committee meeting way earlier than I planned to have the slides done (which I wasn't expecting because I haven't given a practice since my proposal defense!) sucks.
Okay...down to the bowels of the mouse room with me...
