I can't stop being one
Ooh, I found a homeschooling community and I'm excited. It is so true what they say: 'Once a homeschooler, always a homeschooler,''It's not an education, it's a lifestyle.' I'm firmly into my college experience, but the words 'John Holt,' 'Abeka,' 'Saxon math,' and 'umbrella group' make me warm, fuzzy, and weak at the knees. It's amazing how much of the culture stays the same no matter where in the country someone shuns the public school system, how natural it is to half-groan, half-laugh and say 'I know exactly how you feel' to a complete stranger. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go play with my Cuisenaire rods
