I am SO cool, that I got a textbook for Christmas.
That's right - Katie got me the AP Euro textbook for Christmas. She bought herself one as well. As she put it, "People in college are going to love us." Don't even pretend like you aren't jealous. My new favorite hobby is text messanging her with random AP Euro stuff. For example: "L'etat c'est moi." Let sleeping dogs lie (Robert Walpole's favorite saying). Enlightened absolutism. Edict of Nantes. And Brittany got me Radio Disney Ultimate Jams! (which I am listening to right now), a can of tennis balls with sweet messages on them, and a really sweet panda bear that I have yet to name. He is so cute and soft.
The Dalai Lama is so cool. I wanna go see him when he comes to Buffalo.
Mr. McCabe is about to crane mad people. The ski trip now has under 70 participants.
My IB Lit Oral is on The Afterlife (I'm using The Lovely Bones). Conveniently, Barbara Walters decided to help me out and do this whole 2 hour special on heaven yesterday. So I taped it, and it's all I basically need. That and Wikipedia, of course.
JOHNNY DAMON IS ON THE YANKEES! But George will surely make him cut his hair, therefore making him lose his mystique and novelty. :o(
AND KELLY HOLCOMB IS STARTING ON SATURDAY. Seriously, has anybody ever needed to be craned more than Kelly Holcomb? I doubt it. But whatever, I have an AP Euro textbook, a panda bear and Radio Disney!
