3:35pm: I just learned that I really have the urge to eat when I'm pissed off. I just had a 10 minute conversation with one of the guys at my client site, and he was totally rude, raised his voice at me, and totally got on my nerves. As soon as i got back to my desk, I had the biggest urge to go to the vending machines. But I didn't. I calmed down. drank some water. went right back to work, resolved the problem, and I feel good about myself. Tummy's grumbling a little, but still good about myself. :-)
