Qdoba Salad w/ Steak (540/28/29/10)

Dinner:
2 crab cakes
1 tbsp mayo
6 oz salmon on field greens
1 tbsp raspberry vinaigrette dressing
1 dinner roll w/ butter
3 flat breadsticks w/ butter
I totally munched out of boredom. The Qdoba salad was enough, but I was online and kept eating and ate the peanuts and a handful of pork rinds. I need to be more conscious of what I'm eating when I'm not paying attention. I know I can make it through the afternoon without eating again (i'm so full!); and I'm committing to hitting the gym after work for at least 30 minutes to burn of some of the calories for today.
