I think I may have lost some weight, I just don't know if it's fat-weight, or water-weight. I can tell because my hands, feet, and wrists are thinner, and that's always been the indicator that I've lost weight, primarily water. I'm hoping it's just water, that way my doctor doesn't bitch at me. That's the last thing I need - to be making an honest effort to just normalize myself and maintain my weight, only to be bitched at because of something like losing 2 lbs.
