Man, this thing made me just ache for BtVS and AtS all over again. I mostly agree with their picks, and "The Body" would certainly be my #1 for any show, of any genre, ever.
I'd add Becoming Parts 1&2 to the list as well.
Hooray for "Smile Time", and the beautiful heartwrenchingness that is IWRY.
I also happen to love the AtS episode "Darla", because it gives us such amazing insight into Angel. That moment when he says to her, "You damned me"-- just GUH.
