(no subject)
I was sneezing all morning, so I found a Mucinex pill in my bag, the decongestant kind. Anyhow, I didn't really eat lunch, and the damn pill made me all goofy and nauseous, and so then I had a soda to try to make amends with the tummy. Now I'm anxious and uncomfortable. Eh, oh well, I have only sneezed once since I took it, so something is going right.
I am counting minutes until I think it is an appropriate time to cut out of here. It is like torture trying to stay until 5.
I start the new job this coming Friday, and it should be an easy going day. Getting to know my surroundings and coworkers, I get to wear jeans cuz it is Friday, and then I spend the afternoon going over my new hire packet with all the insurance and 401K nonsense. My newest question is whether or not I get a discount in parking garages? That might sound like a ridiculous question, but over the weekend we went to Bed Bath and Beyond, and my new company runs the parking garage for the shopping complex, and it was $8 for an hour. Our company also runs the parking stuff all throughout the country, so hey that might be nice thing to have right?
I can't wait to get outside. It is so nice and pretty out, and I even saw people on the lake on jetskis...which is still kind of crazy to me, cuz that water is still freezing.
