I love mustard, and I have a white wine mustard I make every year for Thanksgiving. I'll look it up. One of my sisters brought a mustard made from Guinness Stout that was one of the best damn things I ever tasted! I'd love to experiment with stout or porter to make a mustard.

Oh, if you find the recipe, I'd love to try it. Do you make it with seeds or powder?

Oh, I bet that Guinness one was delicious. I don't like to drink it, but I like it in recipes (like ice cream. Oh yum).

I've heard of putting a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a glass of Guinness, is that what you're talking about? That does sound yummy, and worth the calories.

At that chain of Irish pubs, Fado, they serve homemade Guinness ice cream. It's not overwhelming with the beer flavour, but you can definitely tell it's there. It's been a while since I was last there, but I remember that you could get it with the brownie how it's supposed to come, or you could just get the scoop of ice cream.

Their fish and chips were always really good too.

No problem at all. Their food has always been consistently good (unlike how most chains are just consistent ;)), so hopefully you enjoy it!
