Been busy, thanks for the good vibes
I have keys and have started moving in. It's tiny, but oddly the kitchen is way bigger than the kitchen in the house and has a helluva lot more cupboard space. I moved my corner cabinet, almost didn't get it in the car, but it fit after some wiggling. I also took my dvd shelf and dvd collection and I emptied most of the drawers in the kitchen and filled up drawers in the new kitchen. After lining them with pretty green liner stuff. I also took a bunch of picture frames and set them up on a corner of the bar, mostly pictures of the girls. Oh, and I took my big mirror over and leaned it against the wall that it will be hanging on.The downstairs is beginning to look like home already. I'm going to keep moving little stuff until Friday, then Jerry will be coming over with the truck and we'll move the big stuff. Saturday and Sunday will be spent cleaning. I'll be calling tomorrow to have the electricity and everything shut off Monday.

Just in case you're curious it's a two bedroom one and a half bath with a dishwasher and washer/dryer hookups. The complex has a lovely pool, and I believe there's a gym, at the least it's a "rec room". The girls will have the master bedroom since it's bigger and their beds will fit in there comfortably. There are cable and phone jacks in that room, but not the smaller room, which means no tv or computer upstairs. The closets are huge, which is great, and there is a ton of storage space. There's even a "cupboard under the stairs" that I might convert to a teeny reading room for the girls with a beanbag chair and a stick up light. Or I'll just use it for storage. Their Christmas gifts are in there right now. I'll be off the net for a while after Thursday, at least until I get everything set up over there. Once I do I'll take some pictures and post them.
