Car stuff

I talked to my sister a bit ago, whose boyfriend's family owns a shop, and got instructions. So tomorrow morning after I drive into town I'm going to check the transmission fluid level, because even though they were supposed to top off my fluids when they did my oil change last month Josh's mom said that they probably didn't even check it. I know I'll be able to get it in to town, and since I'm going to join the crazy 5am shoppers it will just be getting light enough to check it when I get there. And the car will be running so I can get an accurate reading. If the fluid level is low I'm to get some at Wal-Mart, and replace it. I can do that, no problem, I've done it for humvees, I can do it for my little car, even though it's not something I've actually done myself on this car. If it's not the fluid level then Jennifer is going to do a really nice thing for me, which is very new for her. She has a doctor's appointment in Concord on Monday, and on the way back she'll stop by my office and trade cars with me. She says that since she has nowhere to go over the next week or so, there's no reason for me not to use her car. She'll take mine to the shop and have them figure out the problem. If they can't fix it there (they're not a transmission shop apparently) they can hook me up with someone who won't screw me over. So hopefully my car will be in decent shape by Tuesday if not tomorrow. Yay.
