Quick note regarding hotel reservations:
I know it's more convenient to reserve your hotel room online, but since the website has very limited flexibility, if you're not getting what you want from it (e.g., you're getting the wrong rate quoted to you, or they're saying they're out of two-queen rooms, etc.), chances are very good that you'll have better luck if you call 1-877-STAY-HGI and actually talk to a real person. Just tell them you're reserving for the Pacific Writers' Convention.
If you've called and you're still running into trouble for some reason, please contact me at brynnmck [at] gmail and I'll do my best to sort it out.
Also, I wanted to reiterate that if you are attending the con and haven't friended the community yet (in addition to watching it), please do so! There will be friendslocked posts and/or (gasp!) polls in the future that we don't want anyone to miss out on.
And don't forget, sdwolfpup is accepting suggestions for the vidshow through this Thursday! We want to hear all about your favorite vids.
