Hello partiers! I just wanted to remind you that the deadline for hotel room reservations is tomorrow, March 9. After that point, you will not be guaranteed a room in the con block, OR the con rate. So if you have not reserved yet, the time is now!

I spoke to my contact at the hotel this morning and asked him to add some more rooms to our block, which he's doing. So that is the good news! The less-good news is that the folks at the 1-877-STAY-HGI number aren't any more able to expand our room block than the website is. So this is my recommendation to you ( Read more... )

I know it's more convenient to reserve your hotel room online, but since the website has very limited flexibility, if you're not getting what you want from it (e.g., you're getting the wrong rate quoted to you, or they're saying they're out of two-queen rooms, etc.), chances are very good that you'll have better luck if you call 1-877-STAY-HGI and ( Read more... )

Quick update--to reserve your hotel room online:

1. Go here.

2. Enter your check-in and check-out dates, then click "go".

3. In the "Group/Convention code" box, enter "PAC328".

4. Pick your room type, enter the rest of your info, and you should be good to go!
