I'm in the beginning of a 2-week non-stop rush to get new hardware ready to show at NAB, just like I am every March and April. The usual. Haven't posted lately, mostly because I haven't been up to anything really good.

Sometimes it's good to know I'm not crazy.

I'm not much of a conspiracy theorist, but when I see things like this I get really, really suspicious. I mean, who could believe that all these fires were the cause of careless cigarettes and backfires in the last two days? I guess it's possible...

Record Santa Ana winds today, up to 100mph in places. The entire damn world is on fire, or at least Castaic is, 30 or 40 miles north of here. Malibu is burning, too, but since the wind is out of the north we don't see the smoke. It's raining ash again.
