Favorite things about being a parent:
* Reading bedtime stories. Does anyone really get too old for this?
* Every day when I come home from work or pick her up at daycare, Miss M gets really excited, saying "Da! Da! Da!"
* Watching her learn and overcome obstacles every day.
* Holding her while she falls asleep (provided it's not 2am).
* Baby laughter, and the odd things that perpetuate it.
