i got a couple of surprises about a month back. i was sitting in borders' philosophy section. just for kicks i pulled down "enter the matrix: the philosophy behind the matrix". the first surprise was that the book was surprisingly deep. there were credited authors talking about hegel and bauldrillard and kant and existentialism. being the 20th ( Read more... )

Yeah, there's a couple like that, I bought that one a while back if I remember correctly, before my mind was saddened by the last one ending (the filming bit that is... yes, my *mind*). T'was cool, parts freaked me out a bit, but that's the best bit. Uhhh--hurrah, yes.
