so i'm in california cause my dad had a heart attack-ack-ack-ack, he was out all weekend, but he's doing OK now, relatively. today was the first day off the respirator and we actually had a conversation which was awesome. sluggishly he was waking up when we got there and had no idea what had happened or where he was, which led to some interesting

p.s. i saw a band on saturday that basically consisted of them only playing 3 gongs (one which was about 50" or more massive) and tibetan bowls. it was really nice.

i'm gonna have to get out a measuring tape and measure my gong. its pretty big but 55 inches...i'm still searching the streets for a box that i can pack my gong in so that i can take it home.
