The people around here actually do have decent tastes every once in a while, I guess. That dinner party wasn't so bad, and we finally got out of the Badlands. Good riddance! If I never again set foot in that dry, dirty, middle-of-nowhere place again, it'll be too soon.
So, we landed in some big resort city called Licere. It's still nothing compared to the Bellcius skyline, but what is? Either way, it looks like a good time -- mostly. Everyone keeps making a huge deal about the hot springs. People are actually okay with bathing together?! Jeez! That's the craziest thing I've ever heard of! And sure, I'd love a nice long soak in a pool of steaming hot water but not with a bunch of other people -- I mean, who knows where they've been!

Guess I'll have to check this place out. It's not like I've ever been into a city before. Maybe I can find some more batteries and a bite to eat while I'm at it.
