Verizon Wireless plans to sell share customer (read your) calling records. Opt-out by calling 1-800-333-9956.
Of course if you call the number it may or may not recognize your billing zip code. If it doesn't, you need to call 611 from your mobile phone and get a representative. ("We are currently experiencing high call volume. Please hold." Well duh!)
Also, you need to enter each phone number you have separately. It won't do all the numbers on the account automatically until 12 November 2007.
