hey there, for me it is normal... i go through phases where i become very suicidal and its all i think about. i become morbidly obsessed with it up to the point that i start planning my suicide. (i have attempted three times even) i also become extremely impulsive! maybe you can speak to your doctor about that, mine prescribed risperdal for me and it helpedwith impulsivity. therapy also helps - to change your thinking patterns and all that. it really isnt worth it... stay strong for your family - that works for me! i just really put them first, even though when you in that situation you still find ways to make suicide the better option. the best thing for me is to remind myself that time shall pass...the feeling always fades, it seems like you will never get out of that feeling but you will, thankfully! also maybe speak to someone you trust when you feeling suicidal, preferably someone that understands, someone that you can relate to, not just a person that will say shame! maybe go for a long walk if thats possible? writing works for me too, maybe try that? listen to music maybe...
i know it really seems like a lot that you can do, but you obviously know that when you are in that situation and feeeling suicidal, you dont really want to do much.
just try to stay strong for yourself and for your family.
sorry i am rambling so much (my mind is kinda racing haha)
