Stopping Citalopram/Celexa

I am stopping citalopram after being on it for a few years because my psychiatrist thinks it might be whats causing my current mania. I have been tapering down, this week I'm on 10mg and next week 0

I quit it cold turkey (I know you're not supposed to...) and never had any problems, thankfully.

So if you're doing it the RIGHT way and tapering off, I don't think you should have any problems...
