My trip Saturday was terrible! Although Chuck assured me that all
would be well, it wasn't. I had to prove to the security guard I was over
18, then, I had to sit at the back of the plane...the landing in Memphis was
a bit rough, but the real catch was that we were late, and I just barely
made it in time for my Newark Flight. The meet/assist person didn't like
the fact I didn't want to ride in the wheelchair, and they had started
closing the jetway when I came to the gate. On top of that, my luggage
didn't make it to Newark at all! I had to wait until yesterday to get it.
My digital camera is acting weird...we ended up recording video
instead of taking pictures. Oh well, that was cool anyway.
My new dog, which I'm sure is why a lot of you are reading this
entry, is a long-haired shepherd named, Oasis. That name isn't really
flowing off the tongue, so I may ask Peggy about nicknames o something.
Peggy Schultz is my instructor, and also trained Oasis.
