Back to work today

My five day weekend has ended, and I work a closing shift tonight. I feel as if I have slacked the exact amount of time between rest and anxiousness to get up and do something again. I sent in digital paperwork for my promotion this morning. The process is a little awkward, but the numerous ways the HO has been improving processes, policies and equipment leaves me with a certain amount of faith still. Meanwhile, I have to check laundry and wake the girlie-girl up.
